Sami Khedira is like a forgotten man following a history with troublesome injuries that have seen him fall out of the Real Madrid first team. There's no shame in dropping out of such a top quality side, but has Khedira really done enough to justify being one of the top central midfielders in the game? He has been a solid team player before, but lacks the X-Factor required to be classed as part of the European elite. His 84 rating is on par with Andrea Pirlo, easily one of the classiest midfielders of his generation, with the knack of popping some show-stopping passes. Khedira needs to be downgraded by a point or two, and a transfer away from the Bernabeu pronto.
