FIFA 16: 10 Ways To Improve Manager Mode

One of the few things that FIFA's Manager Mode has done well is to introduce a simple, easy-to-follow youth scouting structure to the game, allowing players to pick up talented "regens" from across the world. 

A few tweaks and a couple of fan-service introductions could see it become one of the most important features in the game. While signed youth players currently sit in the 'youth squad' doing nothing and occasionally complaining until the player is ready to offer them a proper contract, it would be a worthwhile addition to bring in a proper youth team which could be monitored by the coaching staff.

It would also be a nice touch to have optional games which the youth team players could participate in, allowing players to evaluate their youth candidates before offering them proper contracts. EA Sports' partners at Manchester City would likely be delighted by the prospect of showing off the Etihad's impressive academy stadium.
