A real pet peeve of any Career Mode lover in recent FIFA titles has been the inability to change clubs easily. The system in place is just so awkward, and PES proves this by going in a different direction that rewards success and patience in equal measures.

Take charge of a lower-league club in FIFA and you're doomed to struggle for new jobs unless snatching any that come along around October/November of the first season. That doesn't make sense, because surely winning trophies counts, and PES gets this balance right.

Offers come in from teams who are actually interested, instead of forcing players to apply without much hope to the giants of the game. EA need to stop making Career Mode a chore that punishes those who want to pump countless hours into the single player mode. Master League in PES features a more natural career progression for created managers.
