FIFA 19: 10 Stadiums That Need To Be In The Game

We'll settle for EA missing out on Signal Iduna Park if they wrestle the rights to Barcelona's legendary Camp Nou from Konami though.

Perhaps playing in a picture-perfect stadium, one with realistic branding and the right-coloured seats, shouldn't be as important to football video games as this. It's a sign of the times however that is is, and it sucks to play as Messi and company anywhere else other than in this Catalonian shrine to the beautiful game.

Again, much like with Valencia's Mestalla, not having the Camp Nou in FIFA tones down the might of those sweeping graphical packages that reek of Sky Sports La Liga presentation. Those overlays should be shown over the powerful "Més Que Un Club" message that adorns the East stand.

That, these days, is the very least people expect when sitting down to play as Barcelona in a video game. For the good of FIFA 19's authenticity, the Camp Nou's towering visual appeal is required.
