FIFA 19: 8 Surprises From The Top 100 Players
2. Mo Salah Isn't In The Top 10
In other inconsistent news, Liverpool's beaming 2017/18 success story Mohamed Salah hasn't made it into the Top 10. Stop the press, because that's simply unacceptable. Salah scored 32 Premier League goals last season, helped his side reach the Champions League final with his link-up play brilliance and was one of Europe's best players across the board.
What were EA thinking?
It might have been slightly less of a shock had Mo been named between positions 15-11, but he's way, way back in #27. Twenty seventh is not good enough for a right wing master who cut in so deftly time and time again to captivate both Anfield and neutral fans alike.
There has to be a rethink here. If FIFA's Top 100 is based on what players achieved the season before, then Salah should be in the upper echelons alongside Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar. He definitely shouldn't be toiling away down between 21-30.
