8. A Liverpool-Based Cover Star?

FIFA 21's official trailer proudly showed off a rain-soaked (or mega-sweaty) Kylian Mbappé booting the ball around in his swish PSG shirt. That has led many on social media to believe that the talented young Frenchman will be FIFA 21's cover star.

Liverpool might have something to say about that.

The Anfield side have become the football team of this modern age. Jürgen Klopp's boys are household names these days, and someone like Virgil van Dijk, Mo Salah, Sadio Mané or (dare we say it) Andy Robertson would be a fine cover star. Not bad for a crew led by a manager with the middle name Norbert.

OK, so someone like Robbo is only getting on that cover as part of some Liverpool montage, but he has a better chance than last year's poster boy Eden Hazard. He'll be replaced by someone fresh, and it might just be one of the new Premier League champs.
