FIFA 21 Reveal: 10 Things We Most Want To See

5. Better Servers

Now admittedly, it is unlikely that EA is going to use its platform in the upcoming reveal to talk about just how poor its servers have been in recent games, but some reassurance that future FIFA titles won't be so treacherous online would go a long way with the fanbase.

After all, anyone who has played FIFA 20 online will understand the pain of completely dominating during a game with little or no problems and then suddenly having their connection plagued with issues.

EA, when you make a game mode as profit-driven as FIFA Ultimate Team, it's only logical that fans are going to take great pride in their team's overall records. So, there is nothing quite as controller-smashingly frustrating as being forced to take an L solely because the servers have become unplayable.

For better or worse, online services are quite clearly the lifeblood of the series these days so you would think that a concerted effort would be made to ensure that the game is actually playable rather than a buggy mess most of the time...
