FIFA Manager 13: 6 Reasons To Be Excited

3. The Look

The new basic screen resolution of FIFA Manager 13 has been increased from 1024x768 to 1280x1024, which will give the game a new slicker look and there is much more space for essential elements like the pitch on the line-up screen or for text on the Live Ticker screen, meaning information junkies will be appeased even more. The game will however also support all screen resolutions from previous editions (minimum 1024 x 720, maximum 1920x1200). The game was officially unveiled by EA Sports with a collection of five eye-catching screenshots, which can be seen below, and which show off the new dedication to improved graphics. From them, the graphics engine looks particularly impressive considering it isn't a primary gameplay element, and the art design looks clean and ergonomic, without being too dumbed down (something that other management sims which have gone to the wall failed to recognise as an important factor).
