5. EA Sports Listen To The Fans
For FIFA Manager fans, the otherwise all-too-frequent experience of fans tearing their hair out at their favourite game franchise's apparent unwillingness to bring in features that they have called for every time a new title comes around. Because EA Sports really do listen to the fans when it comes to FIFA Manager, using an established Wishlist feature called "Your Feature" to allow fans and regular players to suggest new features they would like to see brought into the game, and inviting the community to vote on which ones they would like to see implemented. This time out, the game will include many features suggested and selected by the community via a series of polls on the FIFA Manager website, including Shooting Stars (which allows certain players a particularly quick development for a limited amount of time accompanied by specific news messages etc.), the Buy-back Clause, Local Scouting and Dynamic League Development (e.g. the television money changes in relation to the average league attendance and the international success of the clubs). The game will also include a long list of additional features that the community suggested including the following...
