7. Yuffie Kisaragi
Our resident teenage ninja has a really great look, you can look up tons of Yuffie cosplay online. Her personality gets dragged down a bit by how cocky, selfish, and immature she can be. A whole part of the story is dedicated to her stealing from the party and having daddy issues.
Her personality fits her traits, and when you need to steal some stuff...Yuffie is your girl.
She's your long-range go-to, and perfect for carrying materia. You'll need to concentrate on her stats and level her up so you can take on her solo mission in the Wutai pagoda.
As far as Limit Breaks go, its a mixed bag. Doom of the Living is nice, but All Creation doesn't really hold a candle to some other characters'. Clear Tranquil can come in handy when you need some quick health, but Landscaper fails against flying-types.
Despite her shortcomings, Yuffie can actually be fun to put in the party. She's the least serious, which helps create a lighter tone in the story. Most likely not used in players' first run (especially being an optional character), she won't weigh you down if you feel like switching things up from who you usually pick.
She gets a little bit of character growth when she finally defeats her father, but that's about it. All she cares about is materia. It's all she wants from the start and it's all she wants in the end.
