10. Reno
Reno definitely stands out as the most prominent member of the Turks. He's sly, cocky, lazy, and yet surprisingly friendly for an enemy. And he will be your enemy, appearing in up to 4 battles.
He can be quite a threat when the party first meets him in Sector 7. His pyramid attack is devastating if you're not ready for it and he can totally end the game with it. Even though he has the other Turks with him in later battles, he's not quite as big of a threat after your initial meeting.
Reno and the Turks are supposed to be a looming presence with orders to stop AVALANCHE. But after you help save Elena, Reno softens up and doesn't seem very interested in doing much fighting with you.
Whilst barely heard from for the rest of the game, every time they do show up is memorable as hell.
