Football Manager 2015 Tips: 10 Ways To Guarantee World Domination
2. Have A Plan B
Though changing things up every game after a loss is a bad decisions, pre-emptively setting your team up in different ways to combat different opposition is a very good decision. It is not rocket science, but playing the same system against West Brom as you would against Chelsea will inevitably yield different results. It's too much to micro-manage everything to compensate for every single opposition team, but you can cover multiple tactical approaches with one system so it's not wholly necessary to try and limit your opponent each time. You should set up two tactics that your team are comfortable with - one more attacking and open, and another to play the likes of Chelsea and Man City that shuts up shop and looks to exploit on the break only. Again, it's not rocket science, but it's a key tip, and having the personnel to change from one system to another during games is an even smarter tip.
