8. An Enhanced "Dynamics" System

There was a flaw in FM 2018's code that stopped the new Dynamics mechanic from being the game's killer new feature.

Whilst the need to foster positive relationships with some players was definitely part of the game, any ill-feeling didn't exactly drip down the chain of command like SI claimed it would. In short, players outside of a particular friendship group were left relatively unaffected by any disagreements.

That was an easy out for the developers in terms of ensuring the system didn't dominate the game completely, but it's not very realistic. If a Team Leader or Influential Player has a gripe, then even those on the fringes would know about it and react.

It'd be great to see SI take advantage of how tight-knit groups can suddenly become fractured by just one troublemaker. Although Dynamics is a great idea, it's one that requires an overhaul when it comes to how general squad players function amidst mutiny.
