While a lot of the new features in Football Manager 2020 have been created or updated to make the game harder, Sports Interactive have been nice enough to make some aspects of the game a little less punishing for players.

Your backroom staff are more engaging than ever, offering in-depth reports about your every single member of your squad, initiating tactical changes during match if they notice an ongoing problem and even giving scouts the opportunity to look at players in multiple regions.

This might seem like a minute update, after all, the game has always had backroom staff available. However, this year it feels like they're more interactive than ever before, providing you with even more information so you can get the very best out of your team. This also adds an extra emphasis on making sure you select the right staff to help try and lead your team to victory.

With so much happening in the game, it can feel slightly overwhelming at times and mistakes can be made. However, with a more active AI than ever before, it genuinely feels like you've got an entire team behind you.
