6. Ruslan Neshcheret (Dynamo Kyiv)
The current backup keeper for Dynamo Kyiv is the first of two Ukrainians featured on this list. With only three appearances under his belt for the Ukrainian champions, we've not had the chance to see too much of him on the actual pitch, but he's got quite a potential in the 2-D pitches of Football Manager.
Standing at 6'3" and weighing around 180 lbs, Neshcheret is big enough to be an imposing presence, but also light enough to be able to move quickly around his box, dive, and recover from the ground. He is not exactly the quickest or the strongest, but he possesses great natural fitness and agility that more than make up for it.
What places him so high on this list is the level of his mental and technical development, visible from the very start of a save when Neshcheret is only 19 years old. Very determined and decisive, he looks like a goalkeeper who will be a feared presence in the 18-yard box once he gets the necessary experience and first-team exposure.
