For Honor: 9 Major Complaints & Issues Ubisoft Have Fixed
7. Major Connectivity Fixes
The biggest and most prevalent problem that has plagued For Honor since day one has been the infamous connectivity problems that have stemmed from the lack of dedicated servers. Everyone has complained about it and beat the subject to death, but now, the problem is pretty much gone.
When I say 'gone', I mean that the sudden dropouts and disconnects have almost completely gone, meaning that you are very, very rarely kicked straight from a game by no fault of your own. There are still issues regarding gameplay freezes when players leave games, but they won't ever get fixed without the introduction of centralised servers.
It's one of the problems that everyone complained about, but no one seems to realise it has been fixed. Sure there are still the few occasions, but the connections have never been stronger, and there is a definite decrease in instances of disconnects occurring.
Ubisoft still plan on working on the issues more and more to make the problem extinct, but we can only hope and pray that going forward, we get some dedicated servers. Are you hearing that, Ubisoft?
