Fortnite: 6 Massive Changes In Season 3

1. Battle Pass

It wouldn't be Battle Royale without it - as ever, Season 3 brings with it a new Battle Pass with 100 tiers each giving a new reward. There are new emotes, gliders, harvesting tools and skins to collect, as well as a generous helping of V-Bucks to use in the in-game store.

One of the highlights this season is Kit, a tiny kitten who pilots a mech made of scrap to get around the island (he also seems to be the offspring of last season's ridiculously buff cat-man Meowscles). There's also Jules, a master engineer whose signature glider is a giant mechanical owl. On top of all the usual unlockables, there's also the Build-a-Brella system; similarly to last season's Maya skin, you can unlock new parts to customise your very own umbrella glider by progressing through the battle pass and completing bonus challenges to unlock even more styles.

Finally, replacing Deadpool as the season's guest skin is Aquaman, fully in keeping with the season's focus on the open ocean. Like Deadpool last season, you can unlock new styles and accessories for the aquatic superhero by completing specific Aquaman challenges.
