Ghost Of Tsushima: 10 Things We NEED To See
5. Mind-Blowing Graphics And Visuals
Graphics are not always crucial in a game. There are much more important things to consider when rating a game, like the story, the game world, enjoyability, and many other things. Some games look beautiful, but they are garbage. Some games look like garbage, yet they are great to play. But, in this instance, we demand that Ghost of Tsushima be beautiful. The developers cite Samurai Cinema as their inspiration for the games aesthetic, so we expect a masterpiece.
To be fair to Sucker Punch, what we have seen so far looks incredible. The way that the grass and other foliage glides around in the wind, the leaves dancing in the sky, the way the rolling hills and distant terrain is rendered. It all looks very Samurai Cinema-esque. The developers have put a great deal of work into detailing the world of Ghost of Tsushima, and it shows.
The expectations are high, to be able to play through an epic, open-world, choice-driven cinematic Samurai story of our own will be fantastic. It is something we have been patiently waiting years for (looking at you, Ubisoft) and now is finally here. We just hope it looks like a moving painting.
