Ghost Of Tsushima: 10 Things We NEED To See

3. Large-Scale Battles

As the game takes place during the Mongol invasion of Japan, we hope to see some large scale battles raging. It would make sense and would fit the narrative of the time. To see waves of Samurai and Mongol warriors clashing in massive battles would be excellent.

The Mongols were known for their skilled warriors and great military tactics. These guys conquered what is now modern-day Russia, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Persia, India, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. And they did it with their brains as well as their brawn. They defeated armies much smaller than themselves with their expert tactics and organisation. They were fierce warriors and depended on their sturdy horses to mount cavalry based surprise attacks that destroyed the enemies defences and left them in disarray.

We appreciate that this might be too much for the current technology. The game is so incredibly detailed that it's going to be difficult for it to render hundreds of high-resolution character models like the ones we've seen so far, all that on top of the already gorgeous scenery may be just too taxing for the system. But Sucker Punch may surprise us yet.
