GTA 6: 10 Things Fans Most Want To See

7. Way More Original Special Abilities

Speaking of combat options, GTA V introduced a number of what might as well be 'superpowers' for Michael, Trevor and Franklin. They were gifted with a slow motion toggle, a 'rage mode' and an 'enhanced driving' option, respectively.

Thing is, they were about as basic as it gets. Slow-motion shooting was ripped straight out of Max Payne 3 (which Rockstar also worked on), a rage mode that increased defence and upped damage is in everything from Assassin's Creed to The Punisher, and a toggle for 'better driving' was in Midnight Club and Need For Speed.

Point being: You're Rockstar, this is GTA, where's the originality?

GTA V felt in many respects like a super-polished and revitalised version of GTA III, albeit without that same sense of forward momentum. When you think about it, slow motion, a rage mode and better driving were about the easiest, most watered down inclusions for any character set they could've gone for.
