GTA: Ranking The 10 Funniest Characters EVER

5. Kent Paul (& Maccer)

First introduced in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Kent Paul is a cocky, cockney Englishman who works both in the music business, and simultaneously in criminal enterprises.

Although he has his fair share of funny moments in Vice City, it's when he reemerges in San Andreas that he really had time to shine. Older, but not wiser, Kent Paul ends up stranded in the desert with Maccer, a member of the band the Gurning Chimps, which he brought to San Andreas to try and launch their career. Both of them have absolutely no idea how they got there, having taken 'peyote', which was apparently put in Kent's drink by Maccer.

In the missions that follow, you'll learn more about Kent Paul's life post Vice City, and also that Maccer has a really unhealthy obsession with masturbating. Whenever, and wherever he is, he likes to have a tug, and the hilarity of Kent Paul constantly telling him off is classic GTA.

Ever thought Kent Paul's voice is familiar? That's because he's voiced by actor Danny Dyer.
