GTA V: 10 Awkward Features That Need Improving

2. Clothing

At first, I wasn€™t really into Niko Bellic; as a protagonist, he was just a bit too rigid and unchangeable compared to other GTA leading men. As a choice of clothing, you pretty much had cheap rags, slightly upgraded casual clothing and finally a selection of suits from the Perseus stores to choose from (and a few mission specific outfits you€™ll find at you€™re safehouse of course). Which I suppose is fine for a character like Niko, who represents something closer to a film protagonist than a video game character €“ a leading man who was put there to convey R*€™s story, not reflect your personality. However, I still found this selection of clothing to be limiting, especially in a game like GTA where how you want to play the game is as important as the story itself. But with that being said I have heard rumours that R* intend to include levels of character, vehicular and weapon customisation the likes of which we€™ve never seen outside of an RPG. For GTA V, I want to be able to wear a purple onesie if the mood takes me. I want to go out in Hawaiian shorts and an Armani (or equivalent) suit jacket, combined with a red and yellow spotted bow tie. I mean, I don€™t really, I€™ll probably still go for the classic casual suit option, but hey, I at least want the choice!
