7. "Vote YES To Proposition 208 And Legalize Medical Cocaine." - Radio Ad
We've all had to have come across this one, right? I hear this ad almost every time I play the game. This ad plays even if you're playing online. Heck, they even have billboards up on the side of the road advertising proposition 208. You can't help but notice, when playing GTA, how obsessed the writers are with our current laws being fought over, here in the States. Now, in real life we're not trying to push through legislation that'll legalize cocaine but again, this is satire at its finest. If you're someone who listens to the radio a lot while playing, you'll also be treated to political candidates debating the same issues you see or hear ads for. I was privy to one such debate involving this very issue, proposition 208. If you pay close attention, you'll also learn about the fight over illegal immigration and universal healthcare. Consider us officially skewered.
