In order to hear this classic, perhaps funniest bit of dialog Franklin has in the entire game, you need to smoke the loose joint resting on the coffee table at Franklin's aunt's house. If you wait until he moves into the Vinewood Hills mansion, you're out of luck. Of course, there's a hittable bong at the mansion and that leads to a whole other interesting soliloquy from Mr. Clinton. Back on topic, smoke the joint and Franklin sits back to relax. It takes a moment but he'll get up and start this entire inner rant about his station in life. It actually serves two purposes: Number one, it's hilarious how sidetracked his thoughts become with each passing sentence. And two, he possesses an extraordinary amount of self loathing. For a guy who always thinks he knows best, he sure has doubts about himself. This is just another example in a long line of how Rockstar wants us to take stock in ourselves.
