2. Gran Turismo 6
The biggest driving game in the world-GTA isn't really about the motors, is it?- just got a whole lot bigger. While the fifth instalment left fans feeling slightly non-plussed, GT6 aims to deliver everything writ large in an attempt to provide existing consoles with the greatest driving game of all time before a move into next-gen. To be fair, with a selection of 1,200 cars, better mapped courses, day-to-night transitions and concept cars to choose from, it's an ambitious promise that Sony may just deliver on. Whether or not GT6 can top GTA V in your eyes will depend upon whether or not you enjoy this type of straight driver. If you do, then this will be an essential pre-Christmas purchase, especially as there are strong rumours of GT7 being a long way off being developed.
