5. The Principal Protagonist
In 2011 a casting call was put out for an unnamed project labelled with the codename Rush. After that, the resume of an actress linked Rush to GTA V (makes sense, as Rush detailed a crime drama whose cast was made up of police and LA types). She revealed on her resume that she was cast part of a fictional family, related to two other characters whod been cast separately Albert De Silva, the father and Simon De Silva, the brother. This later made even more sense when the trailer revealed its potential principal protagonist; a middle aged, fatherly looking man who talked about leaving a life of crime behind and settling down with his family. So, is this Albert De Silva, is this GTA Vs protagonist? And of course, if you give any credence to the whole multiple protagonist theory, then De Silva would just be one of a larger set of main characters, if not being the primary focus. He sounds pretty badass to me; an aging mobster who just cant seem to escape the life. From the evidence it looks extremely likely that weve already met our new protagonist, but of course, nothing has been confirmed or denied by R*. Frustratingly, were just going to have to wait for confirmation.
