8. Chop
There was a lot of excitement when it was announced that dogs were to be introduced into GTA V. However, after a promising introduction, Chop the dog becomes another accessory that is as important as the television in Franklins mansion. After Franklin adopts Chop as his own, he soon becomes redundant. Yes, you can take him for a walk, play fetch or try to get him killed, but in a game where you have a plethora of options to amuse you, looking after a pretend dog is going to be very low on your list of things to do. The problem is that you dont really feel attached to Chop. He doesn't feel like your dog. Maybe if you could take him along on any mission you wanted, or he became a valuable member of your criminal team, you might want to spend a bit more time with Chop. Much like the app, if Chop had a few more features, his inclusion in GTA would have been something really to shout about.
