GTA V: 15 More Amazing Easter Eggs & Secrets You Need To Find

14. Rehab Island

Rehab Island The game is chock-full of adverts for non-existent products and shows, and one of the most noticeable examples relates to an in-game TV show, for which you can watch adverts (while in Floyd's apartment, for one) and see billboards, called Rehab Island. The show clearly references both Lost (more of which we'll discuss later) and the Survivor TV series, with contestants dropped onto an island in the middle of the ocean, but the billboard that advertises the show also has another reference point. Fans of Dead Island will recognise the design of the show's logo, which replaces the game's palm tree design with a marijuana leaf, but the font is immediately recognisable, and it's obviously a nod to the game whose trailer was far, far better than the actual gameplay experience. You can see the TV spot for Rehab Island in this video exploring Floyd's apartment, from a boy who sounds much too young to be using some of the language he chooses, never mind playing GTA V...
