Personal Rating: 9/10 I do not own an Xbox myself, and have never been interested in gaming on my PC, but if I did ever buy an Xbox, the first game I would buy would be Halo 3. Having played the game with friends, I became instantly hooked and fell in love with the multiplayer format. For many non-gamers, it falls into a similar category as Call of Duty, in that it can be a fun game to play with friends even if you're not intent on completing the story mode or gaining all the rewards. However, if you are a hardcore gamer, the Halo series caters to your needs as well. The plot remains strong throughout the series and is no more evident than in Halo 3. First day sales topped $170 million in the USA and the game is still ranked as the 3rd biggest selling Xbox 360 game of all time. Employers left scratching their heads as to why half their workforce was ill should have just checked the release date for Halo 3 and put two and two together.
