GTA V Remastered: 10 Reasons To Revisit San Andreas

9. Online Fun

People seemed to lose interest in GTA Online very quickly. Many were left disappointed by the delay of online heists and a problematic launch period didn't help either. Rockstar have tried their best to make amends but for some, it was too little too late. Were those people being too hasty in abandoning GTA Online for good though? There's still a ton of fun to be had if you can put the time in - thanks to the new creation tools, there's a wider variety of races and jobs to undertake as shown previously in series' like Halo and Trials. A game's community can make highly original and entertaining content with the right tools, so if you were tired of driving the same courses over and over again, you'll find there's a better mix now. Getting some friends together in Free Mode is a guaranteed source of hilarity too, as you drive motorbikes off of Mount Chiliad or raid San Andreas' military base for a chance to grab the jet plane stashed away there. Rockstar have been pretty good at adding regular updates to the game too; they may not be as substantial as people desire but adding new cars, weapons and missions on a regular basis helps keeps things fresh. GTA Online is the sort of game which sucks hours of your life away at once, even if you were only going to do one race or deathmatch, Rockstar will definitely use the power of the next-gen consoles to enhance the experience too, hopefully making GTA Online the multi-year long experience we all wanted it to be.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
