GTA V Remastered: 10 Reasons To Revisit San Andreas

7. New Single Player Content?

San Andreas is a big place, which means there's still a lot of stories to be told in it. That's the beauty of Rockstar's worlds; they're so big and chaotic that we can quickly attach ourselves to new protagonists and greet them like old friends. Grand Theft Auto IV had two single player add-ons which intertwined with the game's main story beautifully whilst also introducing new lengthy story arcs and characters. Grand Theft Auto V already has three protagonists but they all share one fairly complete story; expanding the GTA V universe could allow us to see San Andreas in a different light or simply continue the fun. And hey, if Trevor, Michael or Franklin want to pop up and make a cameo appearance, who are we to argue? Of course, Rockstar could always lengthen the stories of our 'heroes'. We've seen a glimpse of Trevor and Michael's past; perhaps we're going to explore their shared crime history more? However Rockstar choose to revisit San Andreas, it's sure to be a blast; The Lost And Damned and The Ballad Of Gay Tony added a significant amount of content to GTA IV, each with a slightly different take on life in Liberty City. Re-launching the game on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC gives Rockstar a great chance to add new single player content to the game. It's unlikely that any content would be exclusive to those platforms but introducing it first on next-gen platforms is a great incentive to buy the game all over again. Either way, adding a single player to expansion to GTA V is a surefire money maker for Rockstar; we'll undoubtedly see it sooner or later. Owning the game on your new console means you won't have to go digging for your 360 or PS3 when the time finally arrives.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
