There would be a lot of joy out of reprising the role of the psychopathic hick in GTA VI, going on more police-laden rampages than players can care to count. Much like Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips can be killed at the end of GTA V. That was a matter of player choice, and may have an impact on whether or not he's reprised for GTA VI. If he is, it'd make the game immediately entertaining. Every single time Trevor was on-screen in V, something crazy was happening. That's what many people want from GTA.
