Easily the most alluring aspect of the recently-released remastered GTA V is the inclusion of a first-person mode, allowing players to play through the entire game from a whole new perspective. Given how most remastered video games are just a lazy way to milk gamers of more money, Rockstar's insane level of dedication in creating this new way to play GTA makes the game a rare double-dip that's actually worth the money. It might seem a given that, like the multi-protagonist system, this will just be a default setting for future GTA games, but considering the ludicrous amount of effort that clearly went into creating it, there are absolutely no guarantees. Hopefully Rockstar have taken note of the overwhelming acclaim for this addition, though, and will engineer GTA VI with a first-person mode in mind. Accepting that it was added after the fact for GTA V, the game wasn't originally made with it as a consideration, whereas GTA VI can tailor the set-pieces to be as visually appealing for the first-person perspective as possible.
