GTA VI Predictions: 10 Things We Expect To See
6. More Interactive Landmarks
GTA V really pushed the boat out in terms of interactive activities. The player can watch movies, use social media, enjoy hunting trips and much more besides. Despite these improvements there were some gaping holes which have been around for the entire series. Look around the maps in the last few games and there are so many landmarks with great potential lying completely unused. Sports stadiums, shopping malls and other landmarks make great hideouts or stages for police shootouts, but remain largely empty and unused. Time for that to change.
Rumours suggest a large prison could play a big part in the game. That sounds cool but there's so much more that can be done. Stadiums in GTA VI could really function, with a crowd gathering to watch games at certain times, allowing the player to mingle with the crowd. Factories could open with workers streaming in and out and production lines rattling away. Restaurants could really work with customers ordering meals and waiters bringing them from the kitchen. The potential for minigames, character interactions and world building, not to mention epic rampages is enormous.
