Horizon Zero Dawn: 10 Things The Sequel Must Have

7. A Truly Free-Roam Environment

As gorgeous, diverse and richly detailed as Horizon's open-world is, the follow-up can definitely go one step further by allowing Aloy greater freedom to traverse the world in front of her.

Taking a page out of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's book wouldn't be a bad idea, by making most if not all of the environment climbable.

Being able to scale a mountain in order to reach an objective rather than take a winding, convoluted path should make traversal even more satisfying than it already is, and further demonstrate the game's epic scale and visual majesty.

Obviously implementing free-climbing isn't easy, but if Zelda can do it, why not Horizon 2?
