6. Robin

He might be a bit of a whiner in the campaign, but Robin's playable incarnation is a straight-up badass. Wielding a sword he mastered at a very young age (if we're going with the assumed Damian Wayne canon), it factors into letting Robin take on opponents at the perfect distance.

Besides all the blade swipes and high-flying kicks, Robin can unlock a number of different batarangs, electrocuting foes, exploding or being remotely controlled in all directions. Loot-wise you can make Wayne look like his hooded Arkham Knight incarnation, or even unlock the Nightwing mask and accompanying staff, if you were wondering where that character disappeared to.

From his constantly-spinning blades and mid-air homing attacks to a badass supermove and finishing animation that sees him disappear in a puff of smoke, this newest version of Robin is finally - for the first time in history - about as cool as Batman himself.
