6. Azrael
Another one of Batman's allies, Azrael would also fit right into the fighting series, with many early versions of the character having a similar view on criminal punishment as the Injustice Superman.
For those of you that don't know, Azrael is a vigilante originally brainwashed and trained as an assassin by the Order of Saint Dumas, however after working with Batman he rejected the Order and started fighting crime. Due to the Order's conditioning, Azrael is an expert martial artist, further enhanced artificially through genetic splicing. He also wields the flaming sword Murasame (or previously the Sword of Sorrows) and wears a suit designed by Lucius Fox's son, Luke.
The combination of these talents and the character's history (which would mean he could easily fit into the main conflict between Batman and Superman, on either side) make Azrael another great potential addition to the next game's character roster.
