Killzone: Shadow Fall Review - 6 Reasons It's The Ultimate PS4 Tech Demo

2. Multiplayer Leaves No Lasting Impression

Multiplayer in Shadow Fall is tricky to talk about because while all the fundamentals are executed well, it never really feels addictive or does anything that separates itself from other online components. There are ten maps that are all designed well and open, the traditional class system returns, and the core shooting mechanics definitely scream Killzone, but nothing kept me wanting to continue going. What did impress me is how little a hit the graphics took in the transition from campaign to multiplayer. It actually runs better too, now at a buttery smooth 60 frames per second. So if anything, it€™s another reassuring promise for future experiences. If you typically enjoy Killzone games online then I suggest knocking yourself out because you€™ll most definitely enjoy this too.
