Kingdom Hearts 3: 10 Things We Learned At E3
1. Release Date Finally Revealed
It's finally happened. We know exactly when we'll be getting the third entry into the Kingdom Hearts series.
It's a slight delay from when we first expected it, but Kingdom Hearts 3 will be releasing on January 29th 2019 in Europe and America, and on the 25th of January 2019 in Japan.
Interviews with Tetsuya Nomura have revealed that the main reason for the delay was to try and get as close to a simultaneous release as possible, as otherwise either Japan or America would be getting the game earlier.
This also means that Kingdom Hearts 3 will get a lot more time for overall polish and balancing, which is never a bad thing.
No matter how long it actually takes for us to get Kingdom Hearts 3, it needs to be the absolute best game it can be. At least now we can finally pin down a date for it and start to get excited.
