Kingdom Hearts 4: Everything We Know So Far

Xehanort’s story may be over, but that doesn’t mean we know everything there is to know about the Organisation. In an interview with Dengenki Online Tetsuya Nomura was asked about the future of the group, and his answer was pleasingly noncommittal. Translated from the interview, he said, “If there is a sequel, there may be a chance, but my current desire is blank.” Given the popularity of the Organisation it only makes sense they will continue for further installments.

We still don’t know the names of the somebodies of Demyx and Luxor, or the origins of Isa’s scar. Luxord also handed Sora a ‘wildcard’ in the final showdown of Kingdom Hearts 3 which surely will have some part to play in games to come.

We may not interact with the Organisation in their signature black cloaks, but the fact we continued to see Axel (Lea), Lexaeus (Aeleus), Zexion (Ienzo) and more as somebodies in Kingdom Hearts 3 means it likely we will see more of the gang in the fourth game.

Let’s just hope we aren’t waiting 15 years for the answers to all of our new questions.
