And here Link's adventure again shows homage to ancient myths again with the titular Minish race, which behave like Brownies, a creature from folklore that, just like the minish, are a small race of creatures that love to help people, but hate to be noticed. Ironic, since it helped the small handheld Nintendo DS it was released on very well noticed indeed.

Utilizing the art style of Wind Waker, while taking place in another continuty, it showed that amazing ability to walk the line between tradition and progress the series is so well known for. This was also the Link that made us feel a pang of lonliness when the hat wouldn't join his adventure in Breath of the Wild.
