6. Quicksilver
Status: Prediction (potentially in the X-Men pack)
Quicksilver is another one you might have expected to be there without really caring much. He’s also a solid candidate for an entirely new X-Men DLC character, bringing his handy super speed into the game.
The MCU’s Quicksilver shone in his brief appearance and earned a noble death, but it’s a shame we didn’t see more of him. The FoX-Men’s version meanwhile had some amazing super speed sequences, but it was painfully obvious they didn’t know what to do with him.
It’s possible Team Ninja struggled with balancing his super speed in a co-op game too; wouldn’t be much fun if Quicksilver cleared the level before Wolverine, Spider-Gwen and Hulk could move.
If that was the case, hopefully they figure it out.
