Stemming from two different concept threads, this unknown Quarian wants to find proof of Rannoch's safety or that the Geth have become less of a threat. He would have a bounty on his head, no doubt from crossing the Perseus Veil and possibly experiment of Geth tech.

Interestingly he would have been a romance option for Commander Shepard. However, if the player used too many renegade speech options, the Quarian would end the romance.

This aspect would give the Quarian Rogue/infiltrator a more compelling personality as they would try to keep the player's renegade impulses in check.

It's unfortunate fans weren't able to meet this character and get another perspective of the Quarian lifestyle. It wasn't a complete loss as the Archangel story arc was informed by the Quarian Rogue/infiltrator concept. Therefore, the Quarian lives on in Garrus Vakarian.
