Right at the close of the survey, summing up the entirety of the game, Bioware make a point of saying that "player choices throughout the game will ultimately determine our survival in the Andromeda Galaxy". It's very clear that they're aware of just how much Mass Effect 3's immortally sour taste is going to reverberate around the industry at least until Andromeda launches, and by making that a part of the PR materials going forward, it sets a precedent of "Hey, we listened, let's not do that again". Think of it like how Batman V Superman looked to be framing Man of Steel's disaster scenes as the catalyst for Batman taking him down, only this time, done right. Honestly though, EA's meddling in the production of Mass Effect 3 makes for fascinating reading - especially as forced deadlines and removing of key characters for DLC ultimately ruined it - but it's a stain on their otherwise solid track record that both the developer and parent company need to remedy as soon as possible. Until now, ME: Andromeda wasn't in any state to show the public, but now there are levels to play and characters to see in motion, it's about time Mass Effect reclaimed its rightful status as one of gaming's premiere franchises.
