11. Kallo Jath

On the other side of the cockpit is Kallo, a character I almost forgot to include here, as short of being awesome because he's another Salarian on your squad (R.I.P. Mordin), brings nothing to the table.

Conversations with him go nowhere, he has more memorable moments from interrupting other peoples' dialogue trees or presenting you with a bizarrely 'humorous' binary decision on the design of the ship's interior, has no loyalty mission, and plays no significant role in the story.

At least Joker was constantly on-hand to offer advice, save your skin in a firefight or - in the Extended Cut of ME3 - save the crew during the final stand against the Reapers. Both Suvi and Kallo are paltry stand-ins, known more by their accent and race respectively, than any particular character traits.
