Although everyone's Commander Shepard looks different - and many are female - the lead in the movie is probably going to be the default male Shepard. If this is the case, there hardly seems to be a more fitting actor for the role than Matthew Fox, who looks almost identical to the standard character model. Most well-known for running around an island being chased by Smoke Monsters and being all heroic in TV series Lost, Matthew Fox is no stranger to the world of acting. He has however maintained something of a low profile since his Lost days. It's time that this came to an end by casting Fox as Commander Shepard in the Mass Effect movie, giving him his N7 armour and bringing down his fury upon the Reapers. The only problem with this is Fox is primarily a TV actor and apparently movies are a whole different ballgame altogether. Does he have the experience necessary to convey Shep to the masses? Can you picture Fox uttering Commander Shepard's famous lines?
