15. Kasumi Goto
The second DLC character for Mass Effect 2 and a master thief, Kasumi brought a mischievous misbehaviour to the Normandy. While the majority of the characters in the trilogy are very focused on the ongoing conflicts and are often serious, Kasumi enjoys a more care free attitude and fun-loving approach to everything she does.
Her heist loyalty mission features great call backs and unique elements and feels far more unique to Zaeed's straightforward loyalty mission. Her chaotic personality masks the loss she feels for her former partner well enough without making her transition into a character that is dominated by her past.
Her design is awesome as are her manic quips and observations. Kasumi is a great squad mate but, like Zaeed, the dialogue feels more limited compared to the characters in the main game which prevents her from being higher on this list.
