Metal Gear Solid V: 11 Hidden Secrets You Totally Missed

10. Get Quiet Back (Easily)

If you got stuck into MGS V on launch and subsequently finished the story, the version as it exists now has a few key tweaks worth exploring. One is the addition of optional in-game achievements that double as GP-giving rewards should you complete things like Fulton'ing a specific number of enemies or killing a slew of others, but the best part is after seeing Quiet disappear in a key part of the story, you can get her back very easily. The way Konami patched this in was to ask you complete Mission 11 (Cloaked in Silence) seven more times in a row, and although that is the asinine requirement to get the scantily clad sniper back, there's a far simpler way to do so - providing you've got the in-world cash. When you load into the mission, simply equip the scope and look across the field to the archway, you'll notice Quiet on top, as she always spawns in the same place. Then hit triangle/Y and change the targeting option to 'Bombardment', before tapping L2 to mark her. She won't move from this spot, and within seconds the bombing run will completely obliterate her life bar. It'll drain your GP pretty fast, but then you just need to wander into the middle of the area where she's programmed to go and trigger the cutscene... then you're good to go another six times.
