Metal Gear Solid V: Every Piece Of Cut Content You Need To See

1.The True Ending

All of this brings us to what could still be the 'true' ending of them all. I've elaborated on it more in this analysis, but sufficed to say even when you've finished both chapters of thecampaign, dove into Metal Gear Onlineand indulged in a few FOB missions - there'sanothersecret cutscene that only triggers under a ridiculously specific circumstance.

This scene is the depiction of a world completely rid of nuclear weapons - each one either havingbeen retrieved by Snake or disarmed by the user themselves. The assumption by fans - as the above cutscene is ripped from the PC files, not acquired through progression- is that it only triggers when every single player has opted to step down, creating world peace in the digital realm of Metal Gear.

Thing is - there's almost no way (nor will there ever be) for us to tell if this is the case.

Without the means to enact this global stand-down, we're forced to consider the possibility that this, too, was a removed cutscene that perhaps could've been triggered in a far more achievable way. The notion of how impossible it would be to get the entire playerbase on board could be precisely the feeling we're supposed to have, as world peace in itself would require a unification of language, borders, ideologies and everything elseworking together.

Oh Kojima, maybe MGS Vhad a complete and well-delivered messageafter all...

Let usknow in the comments if these cut elementswould've drastically altered your enjoyment of the game!
