This one may seem obvious, but with the amount of films that get the look of their heroes wrong, it's clearly something that needs to be addressed. Need more convincing? Here are a few examples of films that got the iconic look of certain characters wrong: all three Punisher films messed up the signature skull on his shirt, either making it too grey, too faint, or removing it completely, and worst of all, Green Lantern made the suit animated. What we've seen of Apocalypse so far has him looking like Ivan Ooze, and worst of all, Batman and Robin featured the infamous Bat-nipples. Those might seem like nitpicky details, but to diehard fans, they make all the difference. So Samus's suit has to be exactly right. Which shouldn't be to too difficult really, as it actually isn't too detailed a design. Just make it orange, slap on some huge shoulder pads and a green visor, and you're done.
